Each command line option is assigned a rating to give the KAI C++ user some basic intutive understanding of the level of expertise that is assumed in the handling of the option. The rating system is based upon the movie rating system in the United States. Here are the approximate criteria for the ratings:
G Basic option PG These options provide more flexibility, but do not introduce much ri R These options provide even more flexibility, and they also introduce significant risk. X Unsupported option. These options are not intended for release outside of KAI. These options provide additional flexibility at the cost of additional risk.
