Certified p17 MC samples for winter 09 conferences
Up to now, MC dataset have been done only for the most common background processes. The criteria used to eliminate bad request id were defined in agreement with the MC group generator. The sam dataset definition can be used directly with caf_mc_util with the alpgen normalization scheme (wiki).
The available dataset are:
V+jets, diboson and ttbar samples were obtained using the script MakeCSG_samdef.sh with the csg request list maker.
Caveats:
Most of the t+tbar samples does not exist with recent version of the alpgen generator therefore a bugged version (p17.09.06) was used in those definitions. The missing samples are being regenerated with p17.09.08. The common MC definitions will be updated when those samples are ready to use.
