Certified p20 MC samples for winter 09 conferences

Up to now, MC dataset have been done only for the most common background processes. The criteria used to eliminate bad request id were defined in agreement with the MC group generator. The sam dataset definition can be used directly with caf_mc_util with the alpgen normalization scheme (wiki).

The available dataset are: V+jets, diboson and ttbar samples were obtained using the script MakeCSG_samdef.sh with the csg request list maker.
