emid_cuts package modifications

• p21-br-25 : November 18, 2009:
  Update to new emid definitions: Point0, Point1 and Point2 and Point_skim.
• p21-br-23 : October 2, 2009: Simplified cuts (logic stays the same), remove the pT cut from here and move it to the ElectronSelector.
• p18-br-11, p21-br-22 : December 6, 2008: we have found and fixed bug for Medium & Tight selections in EC in emid_cuts: Lhood8 cuts >0.2 and >0.8 that assumed to be applied just in CC were also cutting events in EC.
• p21-br-20 : November 15, 2008: take into account likelihood cut for track match flag.
• p18-br-10, p21-br-19 : November 18, 2008:fixed bug for top_loose(tight) v4
• p18-br-09, p21-br-18 : November 17, 2008:modified track match informational methods
• p18-br-08, p21-br-17 : November 5, 2008: updated several new definitions
• p18-br-07 : Octobre 20, 2008: updated code for emid_cuts
• p18-br-06, p21-br-92 : Octobre 10, 2008: Top_loose and Top_tight definitions are modified to overcome the problem with the track matching variable in reCAFed p17 data. (see report at Conveners meeting) In CC only, the track matching cut, TrkMatchChi2EOP > 0.0, is replaced by the following:
  - TrkMatchChi2_CC > 0.0
  - EOP_CC < 3.0
  but in EC it is still the same:
  - TrkMatchChi2EOP_EC > 0.0
  The new definitions are available inside emid_cuts/support/emid_cuts.txt as version 4 and efficiency correction (from emid_eff) as version 6. More details are on this WIKI page.
• p18-br-05, p21-br-15 September 17, 2008: Defenition modification to garantee that tighter definition is a subsample of the loose one.
• p18-br-04 September 10, 2008: New EM ID defenitions for p18.
• p21-br-14 June 7, 2008: Here is list of the packages needed to work with electron/photon ID definitions for ICHEP 2008:

  They now contain all necessary eff-cy/SF correction (including track matching and track pT smearing) and tools for ICR electrons. As compared with a previous version we have also tightened a bit cuts for the p20-style electron ID (for Loose, MLoose1 and MLoose2) in EC region and added one more operation point for the trackless electron ID in EC (Medium). This config file caf_util/configs/test_ele.config contains an example on how to run electron ID.
  For photon ID we have added calculation of ANN-6 for CC photons, which output is available thru method NNout6_gamCC() of TMBEMcluster.
