DØ Event Displays and Illustrations

This page is meant to serve as a repository of displays of interesting events collected throughout RunII at DØ. Any interesting graphical representations or interpretations of interesting event types will also be included. This collection is a resource for DØ members preparing public presentations about DØ. Please note that inclusion of a display on this page does NOT mean that it is an "approved" display in any formal sense. However, when displays are sent-in by physics groups as "approved" they are highlighted in green.

Please note that we don't claim that these are actually events from physics beyond the Stanbard Model...they are just events which LOOK like interesting events in our detector. They may or may not actually be interesting. Rows highlighted in green indicate that the event has been approved by the D0 NP physics group.

Wgamma 169224 663831 A W+gamma event found as a background to a NP group search for a trilepton signal. The photon has converted and appears as an electron (making it look like two like-signed electrons in the event plus missing Et).
