CAF Generation

The following changes to tmb_analyze and tmb_tree_maker are in p16.05.00 and t04.06.00, or scheduled for the next build:

tmb_analyze

p16.05.00 and t04.06.00

Changed order of packages in runXXX.rcp files for multiple output files.
Added RemoveDuplicate from d0correct to run by default.
Added rcp/SAMManager.rcp, with application version p16.05.00/caf00.00.01 rsp.

tmb_tree_maker

p16.05.00 and t04.06.00

Allow multiple output files.
Allow selection based on tags.
Generate proper SAM metadata.
Output file format has same patterns as WriteEvent
Allow synchronization of input files and output files.

t04.06.00

Split TMBEmclMaker into TMBEMCellMaker and TMBEmclMaker
Output separate branches for EM clusters and jets, defined via RCP.
