     Iain,
           re: the P-terms, the famous CEM_OR based on CEM(1,11) or
CEM(2,6) or CEM(1,9)CEM(2,3) will be difficult to run above 100E30  
because
of the asymmetric term. Here are some P-terms that should be implemented

CJT_LO == CJT(2,3) or CJT(1,5)  to combine the mu+jets triggers

CEM_HI == CEM(1,11) or CEM(2,6)

CJT_OR == CJT(3,5)CJT(3,4)_24 or
           CJT(3,5)CJT(1,7)    or
           CJT(4,4)_24         or
           CJT(5,3)            or
           CJT(3,7)            or
           CJT(2,7)

the above is just an example for CJT_OR...more study is needed but you
get the idea...
