I have done this talk before. Status: the TFW hardware, TCC control software, COOR software are all ready to support operation with Pseudo-Terms. This has existed for more than a year and has been tested. One could use a Taker and a Trigger Configuration File to define a L1 Trigger that includes a Pseudo Terms and run with it right now today. I'm not certain what you are asking about or need to know. The Pseudo Term system in the TFW is described in: www.pa.msu.edu/hep/d0/ftp/l1/framework/andor_terms/ pseudo_term_functionality.txt www.pa.msu.edu/hep/d0/ftp/l1/framework/andor_terms/ pseudo_term_implementation.txt Your note mentioned, "the new L1 pseudo-terms". We have made no new Pseudo-Terms since the ones that Ron Lipton asked for in early June 2003. Those Pseudo-Terms are described in the web files above and were asked for by Ron when he was coordinating trigger commissioning and wanted some plausible Physics Pseudo Terms for testing the system. If the Trigger Boards wants some new Pseudo-Terms implemented then please describe (at the bit level) what you need done. It is not hard for us to make new Pseudo-Terms but it does require: some time, a firmware revision change, and testing. The priority given to that work is set by the the managers. If you want Pseudo-Terms in V14 then the TFW and control software part of this is ready for it. Dan
