Central Fiber Tracker
Algorithms and Software
Coordinator: Mike Hildreth, University

Introduction
D0 is building a scintillating
fiber tracking system for FNAL collider Run II. This detector
will provide the main tracking information and momentum measurements for
the D0 upgrade detector.
The goals of the CFT Algorithms group are to design, document,
implement, test, and support software which will allow the full use of
the CFT for tracking during Run II. You can find the somewhat atiquated
"charge" to the algorithm subgroups here.
Individual projects
"Algorithms" includes everything from code to find tracks at the lower-level
triggers through providing fully formed offline tracks to the Global
Tracking software, where they can be propagated inwards to the SMT,
or outwards to the muon system, the preshowers, etc.
To this end, we have
-
Trigger Algorithms
-
