    Description:  "L3 manager for the full silicon upgrade responsible 
        for readout and electronics of run2b silicon. this includes design, 
        prototyping, production and commissioning of the electronics. 
  Run2a/SMT Operations
    7 hrs per week
    Description: "SMT expert-on-call  (one week every 6 weeks), SMT expert 
        (shutdown work) and CAP shifts (3 shifts per month)."
