    Description: I'm responsible for  providing certification for Jet ID 
      criteria. I'm managing a small group and trying to reduced fake jet 
      rate for high (>=4) jet multiplicity events. At the same time, I'm 
      learning the calorimeter software. I want to gain enough expertise to
      work, in the future, on calorimeter related problems like high noise, 
      poor EM resolutions and such.
