    Description:  "L3 manager for the full silicon upgrade responsible 
        for readout and electronics of run2b silicon. this includes design, 
        prototyping, production and commissioning of the electronics. The L0 
        project is not yet defined." He's working on it.
  Run2a/operations of SMT
    5 hrs per week
    Service Task Group: Operations
    Service task Leader: M. Weber and Breese Quinn
    Description: SMT expert-on-call  (one week every 8 weeks), SMT expert 
        and regular shifts.
  Run2a/SMT clustering/tracking
    5 hrs per week
    Service Task Group: D0 tracking group
    Service task Leader: M.Hildreth & F.Risatdinova
    Description: "V0 mass shifts and mass resolution studies, tracking 
        material studies, SMT single hit resolution studies, particle 
        ID using dEdx in SMT studies"
