    Description: "I co-lead the group, setting priorities, running meetings,
                 organize silicon shifts, determine what to fix, participate 
                 in the fixing. I monitor the silicon using tools in the 
                 control room. I coordinate all the other silicon studies
                 done by everybody else. "
