   Description: Control Roon Shifts for the calorimeter and the
      muon system
   Convenor of the QCD working group
   12+ hours/week
   Service Task Group: QCD physics working group
   Service task Leader: Spokes
   Description: coordinate the activities of the QCD working group,
       analyses, etc.
