  Calibration Infrastructure

    Description: "Provide the infrastructure for taking 
      Online calibration runs and storing the results to the calibration 
      database. This includes writing a c++ framework program and 
      improving it as the needs evolve and assisting personnels from 
      individual subdetectors in dealing with various aspects of the database.
         Coordinate the off line calibration project that provides 
      calibration constants to the reconstruction farm jobs and the user 
      processing jobs on-site and off-site via the database server system.
         Coordinate the database operation effort within D0 and personnels 
      in the computing division.
