• Exact LO matrix elements for 2->n processes
• Exact ME Generators: MadGraph, CompHep, Alpgen
• Generated files format: STDHEP with MCFIO
• Instructions:
• Copy these events from enstore to d0mino
• setup -q d0en encp
• encp /pnfs/storage-group/dir/from/which/to/copy/<remotefilename> /path/to/<localfilename>
• These events can be read using MCstdhep.x. This will convert them from the MCFIO format to the D0 DSPACK format.
• setup D0RunII xx.xx.xx
• newrel -t $BFCURRENT  workdir
• cd workdir
• d0setwa
• ln -sf $D0RUNII_DIR/bin/$BFARCH/MCstdhep.x   .
• cp $D0RUNII_DIR/d0_mcpp_gen/rcp/runMCstdhep.rcp   .
• ln -sf /path/to/<localfilename>   stdhep.input
• MCstdhep.x -rcp runMCstdhep.rcp
• This will create the usual MCevents.dat and MCevent.dump files as well as the stdhep.out
• After this step you can either analyze the MCevents.dat using mc_analyze or process it through the whole simulation chain (d0g*, d0sim, d0reco, tmb_analyze) using mc_runjob

• Problems with duplicate entries in the event record (fixed by C. Biscarat)
