   Avto, please approve d0gstar for the p17.06 build
     - Geometry changes: Solenoid detailed implementation, CC cryostat warm
       wall changed from 3.1 to 6.36 mm, some corrections in different TZ
       files which caused errors in the log file (mainly doubly defined
       volumes), some material definitions are corrected, modified SMT
      (detailed implementation of structure on ladders, layer 0
     - New switch for  geometry selection (Run1, Run2a, Run2b)
     - Bug removed for particles decaying at rest (caused long computing
       time of some events)
     - GUSTEP changes: including scanning possibility
     - Bremsstrahlungs photons are stored in MC-Kine chunk (above 0.1 GeV)
     - fixed pion hung on pion decay
     - Some other minor bugs and glitches removed
     - removed overlapping volumne close to beam, pipe
     - disable bremsstrahlungs photon because of prblems with of storage
     - adjust cuts in gustep.F tom old cuts.
     - layer zero code, except for tz files
