int simpp::MagFieldVersion() has now an additional information

Originally the 8 digit number corresponds-
iijjkk for the version number of magnetic field map, e.g.
v00-01-00 as defined in the following line,
MAGFIELD_DIR=/d0usr/products/MagField/NULL/v00-01-00
Now 'kk' is used to define if the toroids were shifted
based on the muon alignment. Full 'iijjkk' may be defined
through d0gstar ffkey 'MAGV'.
'st' is one of 0, 1, 10, 11 corresponding to 'SNTN', 'SNTP'
'SPTN' and 'SPTP'
