L3TIPTracker
L3TIPTracker recalculates the track paramters of the Level 3 tracks wrt the 3-d vertex. It creates L3IPTrackPhysicsResults which contain the vertex and all track parameters before and after recalculation. The filter L3FIP uses this output to trigger on impact parameter.
