Review of online p12 performance with global_CMT-9.20:
-
Taus: Yann Coadou.
On and offline physics_results are identical.
-
Tracking: Daniel Whiteson
Differences observed probably due to the fact that different events
are marked and passed in on/offline running and tracking information
is available only in debug chunk?
-
Electrons: Ulla Blumenschein.
On and offline physics_results are identical. In 1.5 sigma data
(before p12 made 2.5 sigma available in L3) about 6% inefficiency from
shower shape cuts.
-
Tracking in vertex_examine with new p12 geometry: Michiel Sanders
-
CFT internal alignment has changed between p12 and p13. No huge
differences observed in track distributions.
-
Need to use consistent geometry version in vertex_examine and L3 farm
when we are running B-id with beam position determined by vertex_examine!
-
Muon timing in p13: Martijn Mulders.
Now that MuoSegmentLLReco_L3.rcp is used correctly then L3Muon uses
about 50 ms/event. In p11 it was about 25 ms. Efficiency should
still be OK.
-
Muon-Track matching: Martin Wegner.
Local muon track errors in phi were underestimated by factor
~2.5. Fixing this and in
addition treating tracks with no stereo information correctly gives
residual matching inefficiency reduced to about 2%.
About 1% of events with offline matched track-muon and no L3 track
will be supplied to Daniel to be given individual attention.
