Update on L3 tracking with full error calculations: Daniel Whiteson.
The L3 global tracker now has an option to re-fit the tracks after the
pattern recognition stage taking into account the position errors on
the individual hits. The pull distributions have a width between 1
and 2 at the moment (not so bad given that this is a first attempt).
Time consumption increases from 210 to 270 ms for ttbar events (d0mino
debug version).

Status of the L3 IP b-tagger for p12: Per Jonsson.
Monte Carlo studies of l3fbtag_ip performance can be found on
Per's homepage.
On real data we need primary vertex information.
Since event-by-event information will not be available in p12, the
primary vertex found by vertex examine will be used. Per will
implement the infrastructure to read this information from a flat
file.
Michiel Sanders, who is now responsible for vertex examine, will make the file.
Signed impact parameter pull distributions in data has a width of
around unity and no sign of genuine lifetime content.
Check on samples with lifetime information needed.
