Looking at L3 monitor statistics for run 149334.

Notes:
1) The L3 rejections are approximately as expected.
2) The figures in () under "expected rejection" are for the .or. of the two
   l3 filter scripts.  
   At the moment, one can't extract those numbers from the monitor output.
   (But see later.)
