   Fixed bug in MuonFilter.cpp. The code was checking the Toriod
   pt and muon pt (which is either the Toroid pt or the associated
   track pt, depending on how the muon tool is configured), and
   passed the event if either passed the pt cut. Now the muon filter
   only checks the muon pt.
