Please look in the documentation regions for the various packages under development:

• d0ve and (Users' Guide)
• d0scan_qt (contains instructions for running the binary at D0 as well as code documentation; current versions are always available by looking through the packages directory down to doc/html)

and at the d0scan user guide (D0Scan-Qt Through Pictures) which introduces the various menus and 3D tools in d0scan.
