The d0scan event display

The d0scan event display is based on Qt for its GUI and OpenInventor (OIV) as a graphic library. It is intended to be an integrated event displays, with 3D, 2D and lego view to represent the detector and the data. Detector geometry, subdetector data, trigger level and reco level object can be shown.
