Totals for preco04.00.04
are 1823 sim, 1470 reco, 1375 root
Some files are smaller (BU) so
file numbers rose.
Stuff done:
preco04.00.04 production
instructions for running the farms/restarting stagers
instructions for users to access the root-tuples
better store algorithm
instructions to UTA for running preco04.00.04 locally
Problems:
no big problem with power
outage - stagers did not restart
automatically though..
mystery kills of long running big processes - farm groups investigating.
new Nikhef Isajet files take days to process for 2GeV QCD?
some problem with retries
on farms, file in pnfs but not in sam - change
store script to make it
hard to have 2 concurrent store requests for same
file.
Todo:
UTA will need import classes
for reco from sim and root from reco
get p05.00.03 going - Mike and Maciej are supposed to do this.
