  bug fix: added new method to prevent the CFT digitization code from
  having the same GEANT hit deposit energy in fibers in two different
  layers of a CFT doublet.  Necessary to digitize with "as-built"
  geometry since the ribbon-to-ribbon variations in radius can leave
  them more than a fiber width away from the ideal GEANT radius.  This
  change is to CFTDoubletSimulator. Other changes are commented-out print
  statements that will make debugging easier next time.
