l3fcftunpack              p15-br-05 <- p15-br-02
  l3fcftunpack p15-br-02 was supposed to just deal with dead CFT 
  channels (we lost a lot during the shutdown), but they snuck in some 
  algorithmic improvements too (which "couldn't possibly have an adverse 
  effect").  The tracking efficiency dropped and even went to 0 for phi=0, 
  so we made them back out of the algorithmic improvements, which led to 
  l3fcftunpack p15-br-05.
