  Correct a bug in the jet_evt code (present only in the p16 branch,
  the p17 and the development branches use different code). The code
  which does the confirmation of jets using the L1 calorimeter trigger
  towers and was modified for p16.05.01 had a bug (a - sign was
  not copied properly between the code used for testing and the
  code which was actually committed to CVS). This caused the
  jet confirmation to basically fail for all the jets with negative
  pseudorapidities.
