  Fixes a problem in EmTmbObj in the way H-Matrix Chi2 values were stored.
  - HM7 is now stored correctly in the EmTmbObj
  - In previous versions of p17 the value of HM7 was incorrectly being
    stored as HM8 and the value of HM8 was incorrectly being stored as
    HM41 leading to incorrect values being retrieved when unpacking the
    thumbnail. So analysing p17.02.00 data without running d0correct will
    result in HM7= 9999., HM8 = HM7 and HM41= HM8. HM41 value is lost.
    This fix only results in correct values being stored it doesn't not
    fix the problem of trying to read in p17.02.00 data without running
    d0correct.
  Fixes a problem in the unpacking of the Electron Likelihood:
  - Likelihood values are stored in EMQualityInfo and assigned a string
    as a keyword. When unpacking the thumbnail the wrong keywords were
    being used.
