  Added a forgotten stop clock which caused too many error messages
  online and can crash TrigSim offline.

  JMH removed two print statements which were filling up logfiles in
  online running.
unpack_svx_fe             p17-br-01 <- v00-05-13
  Add 0xc1c1 as a valid end of HDI data marker, which will prevent some
  spurious errors being logged.
