  This tag does two things:
  1) Merges changes in p20-br-08-Jan-br back into p20-br
  2) Relative to d0gstar p20-br-08-Jan-br-01 that is in p20.09.03,
     this version adds options to store long-lived secondary particles
     in the MCKineChunk and to flip the solenoid and toroid polarities.
