MC Issues

Joel would like to have bar chart adapted to show MC productioni status
Willem noticed that mc_runjob creates wrong filenames. Need to contact mc_runjob experts (Iain Bertram didn't reply yet).
Joel reported problems sam_config v7_1_2 (latest version). IOR are handled differently, it doesn't work with JIM, a JIM upgrade will be provided for the new cut.
