P20 Reprocessing

 - OSG resources:
   OSG Council first answer saying that they are going
   to make a kind of inventory and next week we can expect news
   about available resources and also about contact people on the
   identified OSG sites.
   OSG- Dzero resources:
   contacted group leaders of institutes active in Dzero and at the same
   time running OSG clusters. We have asked them to quantify available
   resources and identify the people who will help us with deployment,
   tests and real production.

 - JES-Group requests:
   The only condition not to start with the reprocessing of data
   from the beginning of RunIIb.
   
 - FNAL-CCIN2P3:
   1 Gbit dedicated link between FNAL and CCIN2P3 will be available
   next week probably. Discussion how to use it and profit maximally
   from this. Andrew shall check on the FNAL side, Tibor on the CCIN2P3
   side.
   
 - Test Schedule: 
   in parallel on SAMGrid/OSG(Dzero) and SAMGrid-CCIN2P3 clusters
   next days -  start with small tests
   November  -  large scale tests with few hundred jobs
