for personal certificate because you are going to participate on the
SAMGrid/OSG project and you want to submit jobs to SAMGrid/OSG.
Copy your personal certificate onto d0mino node
You need to copy your X509 certificate and the key you received from doegrids to the node
from which are you going to submit your grid jobs.
In our case it's d0mino0x. If you don't have, then create a directory ~/.globus
and copy your certificate and key into files named usercert.pem, userkey.pem respectively.
then do:
chmod 440 usercert.pem
chmod 400 userkey.pem ... it is very important that this file is readable only by you!!!
after receiving your personal certificate you ask for registration
with VOMS Dzero.
Ask FNAL SAMGrid experts to add your certificate to the grid-mapfile on the forwarding nodes and samgrid.fnal.gov .
NERSC has a special policy and is asking for all users running their grid
jobs on this cluster also local accounts.
