L3Tau Rootuple

Contains tau candidates found at level 3 by L3TauHadronic. The Tau tool is based on cal clusters found with L3TCalCluster and on tracks found by GlobalTracker. It can perform either a cal based search, matching tracks to found cal clusters, or a track based search, matching cal clusters to found track clusters. This is done by setting ALGORITHM to CAL_BASED or TRACK_BASED respectively in the trigger list. It also collects CPS and EM3 information. The package is l3fTauTools.

In the trigger list, the following parameters can be set to use external tools:
   TRACK: tracking is turned on/off by setting it to GlobalTracker or NONE
   CPS: NONE or CPS_CLUS
   CLUSTER: CAL_CLUS (L3TCalCluster with conesize of .7)

One can also cut on the width and profile, delta(eta)/delta(phi) track matching values and the number of matched tracks.
Finally the tool behaviour is also governed by rcp parameters in L3TauTools.rcp (min pt when calling GlobalTracker, min pt of leading track in TRACK_BASED and min ET of calorimeter clusters).
