Comments:
After getting the status of each of the simulator components we
discussed realistic goals for P11 (October 15). These include:
- Every L1 simulator packing like real data
- L1Muon working in "pass-through" mode
- All L2 analyze packages capable of running on real data (except muon
and STT)
- L2STT joins simulation framework
- nobody hand-edits trigger lists anymore
