Production Release p19

• Overall Status: This branch was cut to allow Level 3 software development to prepare for the Layer0 silicon upgrade, and other RunIIb improvements. It is based on t05.11.00, and produces both DST and TMB output. Please let us know if some information in the DST is missing from the TMB.
  In this and newer releases, runD0TrigSim does not produce a root-tuple. It is recommended that you run TrigSimCert to create a root-tuple if you do not have your own analyze code.
  
• Known Problems, Tips and Tricks
  1. Tip: If you do not use the TMBs, you can get rid of a lot of error messages (and some memory leaks) by turning off the TMB processing. Just edit the appropriate RCP file and remove all Package list entries containing the string "tmb", and remove "recotrig".
  2. Tip: Running the default RCPs of TrigAnalyze for data only looks at the online L3Chunk. You must modify the RCP file to get the offline chunk. See p16 - Tips for details.
  3. Problem: The mapping of AND/OR terms in l1frm does not match what is in data. This mapping is hard-coded and will be changed to be more flexible, though the time table for this is not clear.
