d0ve_muon on Unix

Introduction

This muon display uses the d0ve event display with the d0ve_framework extension, which is available from the t00.64.00 release.

To setup, go to your work area, and do the usual setup:

setup n32
setup D0RunII t00.67.00
setup d0cvs
newrel -t t00.67.00 test
cd test

Where, t00.67.00 is the release to be used, and test is the directory you want the release to be in.

Now, we can add the packages we need.

addpkg -h d0ve_muon

This will install the required packages. Now do

gmake

to build the test program.

To test the display

muo_display&

This will start the framework, and will give the following display of the first event:
