-
SiWedgeHolder
-
Given the different structure of F and H disks,
a place holder is created to house the appropriate
number of wedges, 1 (double-sided) for F disks and 2
(single-sided, glued back to back on a beryllium
support) for H disks
The base component of the silicon_geometry package contains
classes used to describe the positioning surfaces for the
SMT detector. All other components of the silicon_geometry package
use these surfaces as reference positions for their
subsequent geometry descriptions.
Access to the base geometry should be performed via the Geometer. Correspondingly, access to the full channel information should be done via the ChannelGeometer, described in the following section.
Examples of the use of both geometers can be found in the $tests$ directory.
