An introduction to the system containing this package may be found at here (PDF format). These are the slides presented at the WZ group meetings on august 2, 16 and 30. You may also try to grab the slides from here (PDF format this second location might be updated more frequently). These slides may be out of date by the time you look at the code of the analysis_example, but they should nevertheless be useful to new users of the D0 analysis software.
How to run
1. setup D0RunII pxx.xx.xx
2. setup d0cvs
3. newrel –t …….
4. d0setwa
5. cd to top of the release area
6. cp Athena/setup.sh .
7. ./setup.sh
8. runchunkanalyze -localbuild -localfwkrcp -localrcp -rcppkg=Athena -filelist= -format=
Functionality
· All standard corrections are applied for muon, electrons, missing ET
· Jet energy scale factors are available as a separate multiplicative factor for each jet
· Track parameters and covariance are stored in double
·

· Optional B-tagging using d0root packages
