Author_survey_database header.html

The Author_survey_database contains all the code used to take a survey of the collaboration on their opinions of the D0 authorlist policy (November 2000).

ddl/ - contains the database definition language (DDL) for creation of the sequences, tables, relations, indices, constraints, synonyms, grants, and triggers.
doc/ - contains the documentation including the Oracle Designer Tutorial, which uses the database created for the survey as a simple example.
cutver/ - contains the scripts needed to run the DDL
cgi/ - contains the python cgi scripts for the user interface
www/ - contains the front pages to the web interface and the example MISWEB application
