01.13.98 Incorporate CLHEP-1.2

Erase all previous fermi specific changes expect the following
	two:
	- enhancement to the Random package interface
	- disabled sort in HepAList because of compiler annoyance.

All other fermi specific changes were only to help the port of
	CLHEP to KAI.  This changes are now in the main CLHEP
	repository.

Changes introduced in v1.2 from v1.2
	- Minor change in HepPoint3D interface (const)
	- add Hep3Vector operator to HepLorentzVector

The effective changes from the fermi specific versions are:
	- Removed Hist, OldRandom and PersistentIO packages 
	  and all their dependent files.
	- Changes introduced in v1.2 from v1.2
	  - Minor change in HepPoint3D interface (const)
	  - add Hep3Vector operator to HepLorentzVector
