Here are some observations regarding the t00.37.00 release of GTR. All running is done with the executable gtr produced by package gtr_sys. My files for run xxx (e.g. run107) may be found on d0chb in ~dladams/run/xxx.
Surface for CFTX1 is : cylinder with radius 20.0786, zmin -83.1 and zmax 83.1 Surface for CFTU1 is : cylinder with radius 20.2484, zmin -83.1 and zmax 83.1 . . .This is fixed in cft_trf v00-23-01. If you want this fix, check out and build that version and then checkout and build gtr_sys. If you have already buildt gtr_sys, you may need to clear to force a rebuild of gtr.
