Add support for interacting (ms+dE/dx0 detector.
Add content ID to GTrackChunk.
Add stepper to GtrFind.
Add zero-division checks to trfzp and trfxyp.
Fix gtr_dump for the new RCP interface.

Results

Track finding was done using the final build of t00.65.00. The usual 50, 3 and 1 GeV muon events were reconstructed.

CFT+SMT reco does not work for this release because the RCP
file GtrFindPkg_cft_smt cannot be parsed by the new RCP
system.  Presumably the t00.66.00 version of this file would work.

The CFT reco shows fakes because the stops are not being processed.
This is fixed in t00.66.00.
