Previous results were for t01.04.00 and t01.05.00-maxopt.
Here we present results for t01.08.00. This release include tracking in the gap region.
Here are results for muons (pT > 10 GeV/c) from Z's in Pythia Z -> mu mu with zero to seven background events. These are our MC certification events.
Plots also show the found, lost, and misreconstrued muons from Z's and the fake tracks with pT above 10 GeV/c. The figures include curves showing the subdetector boundaries. The central horizontal band is the CFT acceptance. The thin bands above and below are the overlap region. The regions above the top V and below the bottom V are the SMT forward acceptance. There are also regions in the upper left and lower right between the CFT overlap and the SMT forward which are not covered. These are the "gaps".

The following show the Z -> mu mu performance as a function of pT for crossings with five background events:
Here is performance as a function of pT for single muons:
The forward and gap efficiencies are lower than those in the zmumu events. Why?Here is a performance vs. pT plot for a ttbar+1.1 file.
The efficiencies are low (40-60%) and the misreco fractions (off scale) are around 0.5. A tan(lambda)-z scatter plot shows that most of the poorly reconstructed tracks come from the -z end of the detector.
The numbers used to construct the above plots may be found in the log file.
Major problem remain:
And there are other unresolved issues:
