Track finding strategy

Default track finding uses TRF++ road following controlled by GTR.

Track finding is done with the following steps:

• Full CFT r-phi outside to in.
• Full CFT z-lambda outside to in.
• Overlap (disabled by default)
• Combine central and overlap CFT.
• SMT extension of CFT track.
• Forward SMT
• Gap (this may need to be supplemented)
• Extend gap tracks to CFT (does not exist)
• Extend gap and forward to H-disks (does not exist)
• Refit and filter all found tracks.

Each step has a controlling RCP which define one or more OBS files which define the track-finding path including all cuts.

Plots show the detector and the acceptance in each detector region:
