Here are some of our high priority tasks:
-
Create event samples and do more evaluation
-
tracking in jets
-
average time per events
-
detector inefficiencies and noise
-
Overlap tracking
-
make it faster
-
eliminate fakes
-
requires non-uniform field
-
modify output of 2D clusters to write as two 1D clusters
-
Speed up gap and forward tracking
-
General tuning (see details)
-
Account for inefficiencies and noise
- additional CFT paths (slower)
-
Fitting, especially at low pT
-
Electron refitting (account for brem, seed with calorimeter??)
-
Move standard analysis from PAW to ROOT
-
Real data
- adjustable TRF++ cuts for plateau curves
- compare with histogramming algorithms
- visualization for hand scanning
We do not have enough people to address all the above now. With more, we
would address the above and identify and address other tasks.
