High priority tasks

Here are some of our high priority tasks:

• Create event samples and do more evaluation
  • tracking in jets
  • average time per events
  • detector inefficiencies and noise

• Overlap tracking
  • make it faster
  • eliminate fakes
  • requires non-uniform field
  • modify output of 2D clusters to write as two 1D clusters

• Speed up gap and forward tracking

• General tuning (see details)

• Account for inefficiencies and noise
  • additional CFT paths (slower)

• Fitting, especially at low pT

• Electron refitting (account for brem, seed with calorimeter??)

• Move standard analysis from PAW to ROOT

• Real data
  • adjustable TRF++ cuts for plateau curves
  • compare with histogramming algorithms
  • visualization for hand scanning

We do not have enough people to address all the above now. With more, we would address the above and identify and address other tasks.
