Please see if they are useful for you. These are MC 10 GeV energy ( not Pt) muons with fixed vertex at (0,0,0), eta range 1.1 to 1.4 and uniform phi. They are simulated with D0GSTAR in release version p11.03.00 back in March. There is no noise, zero-supression, min-bias, or bls. I will explain the plots here: icde.ps shows the total ICD energy for all the 2000 events. icde1.ps shows the energy in each particular ICD eta ring (e.g. ICD 1 is for ieta = 12, summed over all phi) for those muons with etas that are actually covered by that eta ring. icde2.ps shows the total ICD energy for muons with etas in those particular ranges mentioned under each plot. If there is any question about the plots please let me know. cheers, Leo On Fri, 18 Oct 2002, Leslie Groer wrote: > Hi Andy > > In conversation with Vishnu about the ICD weights he suggested looking at > the Geant output of muons in the ICD (i.e. live energy before > non-linearity and packing into ADC) and compare this to the data, which > should give us a good approximation of the energy difference.
