DFEB2 Backplane Modifications

1) Z and F pins are full length and interfere with the LVDS cables
   which plug into the rear of the backplane.  These pins need to be
   pulled out where they interfere with LVDS cable insertion. NOTE:
   pull out from the front!

2) The fuses are 2A super fast acting type.  Occasionally they have
   blown upon powerup and should be replaced with Digikey F1185CT-ND
   which is a 2A slow blow SMT type.

3) Drill holes in the side panels to support the L1mu BNC support
   panel.
